Levenson — Cinco Vodka

When I applied for my first agency job after graduating from college, they put me through a blind hiring process. Rather than hiring based on a resume, they hired based on submitted work. In this case, it was an Instagram campaign for Cinco Vodka.

The process was written about in a Wall Street Journal article by Rachel Feintzeig. “Levenson asked candidates to create an Instagram campaign for a Texas vodka brand. Out of some 50 applicants, the company found Kendall Madden… Her campaign, which featured hands stretched out toward drinks and took some 12 to 16 hours to create, stood out.”
