When I applied for my first agency job after graduating from college, they selected me through a blind hiring process based on submitted work.
The process was written about in a Wall Street Journal article by Rachel Feintzeig. “Levenson asked candidates to create an Instagram campaign for a Texas vodka brand. Out of some 50 applicants, the company found Kendall Madden… Her campaign, which featured hands stretched out toward drinks and took some 12 to 16 hours to create, stood out.”
